Hands-on, Mind-open

We Make Stories offers fun workshops in puppetry, storytelling, art, and digital media. Designed for children, families, and communities, these sessions foster creativity, language development, and self-expression through play and teamwork. Each workshop helps participants create their own stories while promoting inclusion, imagination, and respect for different cultures and languages.


  • Founder

    Rebecca is a multilingual educator and creative facilitator, passionate about blending arts, language, and culture. Her workshops inspire curiosity, collaboration, and playful learning, celebrating identity and imagination through hands-on storytelling.


  • Design Director

    Luis Carlos is a multidisciplinary artist and designer who combines storytelling, puppetry, and technology to spark imagination and creativity. His workshops inspire playful exploration, self-expression, and collaborative learning.

  • Puppet-Making & Storytelling for Grown-Ups

    A playful, hands-on workshop where adults crafted puppets from everyday materials and brought a classic tale to life through tabletop performance. A celebration of creativity, storytelling, and imaginative expression.

  • Animated Voices from the City

    Children in Ciudad Bolívar, Bogotá, created vibrant animated short films, sharing personal stories and perspectives on their borough through character design, storytelling, and hands-on animation.

  • Augmented Reality & Mixed Media

    In collaboration with a talented community of neurodivergent London-based artists, this workshop explored how traditional artworks can come to life through augmented reality: creative expression, digital experimentation, and inclusive storytelling.
